Higher Education is Changing.
Unity is Ready.
While colleges across the country raise tuition, Unity’s forward-thinking model was built to give you control over what you pay. With tuition rates locked through 2030 and transparent pricing, our commitment to affordability remains as steadfast as ever before. That’s why recent policy changes will have little to no impact on your out-of-pocket costs.
Learn what we mean about transparent pricing, additional ways to save, and receive an estimate through our Net Price Calculator. To get the latest updates on Pell Grants, student loans, and PLUS loans, visit our Helping You Navigate Federal Aid Changes page.

Unity Leads in Affordability
Unity is one of the most affordable private universities in the country and we’ve structured our institution around that principle. Our tuition is set at $470 per credit (Unity Distance Education) and $375 per credit (Unity at Pineland), with a guarantee to remain unchanged through 2030.
Transparent, Predictable Pricing
Here’s how:
- Affordable by Design: Only pay for what you want, not the things you don’t need like costly meal plans or mandatory housing. Unity students live where they want and choose how they spend their money.
- Low Cost Materials: In many courses, Unity provides free access to text and lab materials. If you have to buy a book, we keep the cost under $100.
- Minimal Fees: We have no hidden fees, such as technology, activities, or transportation, unlike other colleges. In fact, our online programs don’t have any recurring fees.
